Job Summary

Join a leading ERP software provider for the financial services sector as a Software Support Specialist in Oberhaching, near Munich. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with development and project management teams, define and execute test cases for quality assurance (including interface, usability, and performance testing), analyze customer feedback, and provide software support, including troubleshooting and bug fixing. You'll also contribute to test concepts and documentation. The company seeks candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent qualification like Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung.
