Job Summary

Join a successful IT service provider in Munich as a Microsoft System Engineer, supporting SMEs remotely and on-site. This full-time, permanent role involves analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, administering Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers, and managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and MS Exchange. You will also prepare, implement, and integrate IT software, develop customer system and network landscapes, and set up home office and remote end-user components. The position requires a degree or comparable qualification in IT, strong practical knowledge of current Windows, Linux, and/or Apple server systems, and experience with MS Exchange, cloud solutions, backups, and security. Excellent German language skills are essential.
