Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent in Munich, you will provide on-site IT support for a mechanical engineering company. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting issues using remote control applications, managing incoming tickets, documenting solutions, and updating the knowledge base. This role requires a strong understanding of IT processes, ideally following ITIL guidelines, and proficiency in Service Level Management. You will also be expected to guide colleagues in terms of organization, time, and effort.
