Job Summary

The BwBM - Bw Bekleidungsmanagement GmbH - is seeking an IT Service Manager SaaS to oversee and strategically develop their growing SaaS environment. This role involves the technical and organizational management of SaaS services, acting as a key interface between internal business departments, IT service managers, and external service providers. You will be responsible for developing service strategies, monitoring performance, availability, and costs, ensuring IT security within the SaaS landscape, and managing external vendors. The position offers a unique opportunity to actively shape the expansion of the IT Service Management team, which is planned to grow significantly by 2028. The ideal candidate will possess strong service management skills, technical understanding of SaaS, and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
