Job Summary

The BwBM is seeking an IT Service Manager SaaS to oversee and strategically develop their growing SaaS environment. This role involves the technical and organizational management of SaaS services, acting as a key interface between internal business units, IT service managers, and external partners. You will be responsible for developing service strategies, monitoring performance, availability, and costs, ensuring IT security within the SaaS landscape, and managing external service providers. The position offers a chance to actively shape the growth of the IT Service Management team, which is planned to expand significantly by 2028. Required Skills

Education

Completed studies in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or an IT apprenticeship with relevant further education.

Experience

Several years of experience in managing IT services or SaaS services, focusing on quality, availability, and user requirements.
Experience in collaborating with business departments and structured integration of internal stakeholders.
Experience in steering external service providers is advantageous.
Professional experience in IT service management or SaaS environments.
Understanding of the technical foundations of the services managed.
