Job Summary

The BwBM is seeking an IT Service Manager SaaS to oversee and strategically develop their growing SaaS environment. This role involves managing the technical and organizational aspects of SaaS services, acting as a key interface between internal business units, IT service managers, and external partners. You will be responsible for developing service strategies, monitoring performance, availability, and costs, ensuring IT security within the SaaS landscape, and managing external service providers. This is an excellent opportunity to actively shape the growth of a critical IT infrastructure within a stable and expanding organization, contributing to the Bundeswehr's clothing management value chain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SaaS services and excel at ensuring service quality and coordinating stakeholders.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or an IT apprenticeship with relevant further training.

Experience

Several years of experience in managing IT services or SaaS services, focusing on quality, availability, and user requirements.
Experience in collaborating with business departments and structured integration of internal stakeholders.
Practical experience in managing external service providers is advantageous.
Understanding of the technical foundations of the services being managed.
