Join a leading company in Unterhaching as a Network Specialist, focusing on Enterprise, Carrier, and Data Center Network solutions across Germany. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network components. You will also provide second-level support in collaboration with manufacturer technical assistance centers, participate in migration projects, and handle first and second-level support and troubleshooting remotely, by phone, or on-site. Daily tasks include maintaining documentation in a ticketing system and participating in on-call rotations. The company seeks candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical education, along with practical experience in routing, switching, TCP/IP, and specific Cisco hardware. Strong network knowledge in LAN, WAN, WLAN, and experience with major network vendors are essential.
