Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Service Technician to join a dynamic IT service provider specializing in managed services for industrial companies. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing specific project orders, providing on-site support for Windows clients, printers, and telecommunications, and executing IT support tasks via B/F, IMAC, and H+E tickets. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT education or comparable qualification, expertise with hardware including PCs, notebooks, printers, IP telephony, and mobile devices, knowledge of standard applications like Office and Adobe, and experience with Windows operating systems. This position offers a full-time, permanent contract with the option for permanent employment after a probationary period, 30 days of annual leave, and excellent long-term collaboration prospects in an internationally oriented work environment.
