Job Summary

As a 2nd Level Support Specialist at COMBASE AG, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of cloud-based Point-of-Sale solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve identifying and resolving complex technical issues, performing remote configuration and maintenance of IT system environments, and collaborating with the 1st Level Support team and client IT departments via a ticketing system.
