Job Summary

As a 2nd Level Support Specialist at COMBASE AG, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and performance of cloud-based Point-of-Sale solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and resolving complex technical issues, performing remote configuration and maintenance of IT system environments, and collaborating with the 1st Level Support team and client IT staff via a ticketing system. You will be expected to work both remotely and occasionally on-site at client locations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in system integration, proficiency in Linux and Windows administration, and solid database knowledge. Required Skills

Education

  • Practical experience in database management and network troubleshooting
