As a Data Acquisition and Processing Specialist at IT.NRW, you will play a vital role in supporting the statistical infrastructure of North Rhine-Westphalia. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve reviewing incoming statistical reports for completeness and plausibility using specialized IT applications, conducting telephone interviews, and providing guidance to private individuals, companies, and public institutions regarding data submission. You will manage correspondence and maintain reporting circles to ensure high data quality. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Specialist in Market and Social Research or a completed commercial apprenticeship (with a minimum grade of 'satisfactory').

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience following the completion of vocational training
  • Professional experience in market and social research or commercial administrative roles

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Must be available for telephone duties until 18:00 (rotating responsibility). Requires work permit for Germany. Must be able to handle high call volumes and work under deadline pressure.
