Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Applied Sciences) in Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or a related IT field; alternatively, a qualification as an 'Operative Professional' or long-term relevant IT professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in the operation of IT infrastructures including servers, networks, and databases
- Extensive technical knowledge of Linux-based operating systems
- Experience in creating security concepts and operational documentation
- Minimum of 6 months relevant professional experience required for full salary group classification (TV-L E11)
- Experience in customer coordination and incident escalation management
