Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the operational readiness and security of IT.NRW service buildings and infrastructure. As a member of the 'Service Building Security' team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for external contractors, overseeing their work and providing necessary safety instructions. Your daily responsibilities include supporting infrastructure and technical maintenance tasks, such as installation work and access management. You will manage access media, maintain security technology, and keep detailed records. This position is ideal for service-oriented individuals with a technical or craft-based background who enjoy a mix of physical activity and administrative tasks. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a technical, craft-based, or service-oriented field (e.g., Electrician, HVAC Technician, or similar).
Experience
- Completed vocational training in a technical, craft, or service-oriented field
- Alternatively, at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable technical or facility management role
- Experience in supervising external service providers and contractors
- Professional experience in technical maintenance or installation work

- Physical fitness required (e.g., lifting floor plates, using ladders). Must successfully pass a security clearance check according to § 11 SÜG NRW. Permanent full-time contract.
