Job Summary
In this role as an IT Service Technician, you will provide essential onsite support for client systems and end-user devices. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, installing and configuring notebooks and PCs, and maintaining accurate documentation within the company's ticketing system. You will also serve as a key point of contact for users, providing expert guidance and support. To be successful, you should have a solid background in IT support, specifically at the second-level tier, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and MS Office. Required Skills
Education

- Practical experience in the installation and configuration of client-side hardware
