Job Summary

As an IT System Administrator & Support Specialist, you will join the IT department of the Episcopal Ordinariate, serving as a central service provider for all staff. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and developing IT infrastructure, covering servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices. You will ensure stable operations through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and 1st to 3rd-level support. Additionally, you will contribute to IT projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, backup/restore strategy development, and process automation using scripting. You will be responsible for implementing security measures, managing updates, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
