Job Summary

As an IT System Administrator & Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in the IT department of the Episcopal Ordinariate, serving as a central service provider for all employees. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and further developing the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices. You will ensure stable operations through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and handling 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support requests. Additionally, you will contribute to IT projects such as Microsoft 365 implementations and backup/restore strategies, while maintaining technical documentation and automating routine processes. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science (Bachelor or Master) or completed IT vocational training with relevant professional experience.

  • Professional experience in the operation and administration of IT systems (servers, networks, storage, backup, operating systems)
  • Experience in participating in IT projects
  • Experience in technical documentation
  • Professional experience in IT support environments
