As an IT Rollout Technician, you will be responsible for the seamless deployment and transition of IT hardware within a large-scale enterprise environment. Your day-to-day duties involve performing client rollouts, including the installation, replacement, and commissioning of new hardware. You will work directly with end-users at the ESG Tech Bar to set up group clients, conduct comprehensive workplace checks to ensure full functionality, and provide hypercare support by analyzing and resolving any technical issues that arise during the transition. You will also serve as a key point of contact for users, guiding them through the migration process and answering their technical questions.
