Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist in Ingolstadt, you will play a critical role in maintaining the physical and logical infrastructure of a leading global IT service provider. Your daily responsibilities will center on data center operations, including patching and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. You will be responsible for establishing power and network cabling using both fiber optic and copper solutions within server rooms. Beyond physical infrastructure, you will handle request fulfillment for standard and VIP users, manage RSA token distribution, and oversee warehouse inventory including RMA and trade-in processes.
