Job Summary

As an IT Service Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff regarding IT-related inquiries. Your daily responsibilities include receiving, categorizing, and prioritizing incidents and service requests, while coordinating with external service providers to ensure timely resolution. You will play a key role in the onboarding and offboarding process, maintain the IT self-service portal, and manage the knowledge base by documenting recurring solutions. Additionally, you will monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and prepare reports for IT management. This role also involves performing basic on-site hardware checks and providing initial user guidance. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in managing tickets and coordinating with external service providers is desirable.

  • Valid work permit for Germany is required. This is a part-time position (19.5 hours per week).
