Job Summary
The IT Service Coordinator will act as the central point of contact for employee IT requests, managing the intake, categorization, and prioritization of incidents and service requests. In this role, you will coordinate with external service providers, monitor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and handle basic local hardware and telephony configurations. A key part of your daily responsibilities involves maintaining the self-service portal, creating knowledge base documentation, and managing IT checklists for employee onboarding and offboarding. This position is ideal for someone with a strong service-oriented mindset who enjoys supporting users and streamlining IT processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or user support is preferred.
- Experience with ticket systems is considered an advantage.

Additional
- Work permit for Germany required; part-time position (19.5 hours per week).
