Job Summary

As an IT Service Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, managing IT requests and incidents through a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include categorizing and prioritizing support tickets, coordinating with external service providers, and performing basic on-site hardware and telephony troubleshooting. You will play a key role in the employee lifecycle by managing IT on-boarding and off-boarding processes, while also maintaining the internal self-service portal, FAQ, and knowledge base. Additionally, you will monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and prepare performance reports for IT leadership. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys supporting users and streamlining IT processes. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or user support is preferred.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is considered an advantage.

  • Valid work permit for Germany is required. This is a part-time position (19.5 hours per week).
