Job Summary

The IT Service Coordinator will serve as the central point of contact for internal staff, managing IT inquiries via a ticketing system. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, categorizing, and prioritizing incidents and service requests, while coordinating with external service providers to ensure timely resolution. You will perform basic on-site hardware checks, assist with IT onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain the internal self-service portal, including FAQs and documentation. Additionally, you will monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and prepare performance reports for IT management. This role is ideal for a service-oriented individual who enjoys supporting users and streamlining IT processes. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or user support is desirable.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is considered an asset.

  • Valid work permit for Germany required. Position is part-time (19.5 hours per week).
