Job Summary

The Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW is seeking a working student to join their Human Resources Development team for up to 20 hours per week. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the administrative aspects of training and learning programs, including evaluating feedback forms. A significant responsibility will be to conceptualize and develop a structured offboarding process to ensure professional transitions and effective knowledge transfer for departing employees. You will also assist in designing and implementing mentoring programs to foster employee growth and exchange. Furthermore, you'll contribute to creating performance descriptions and preparing tenders for HR development initiatives, such as new learning formats. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in HR within a large public sector organization managing one of Europe's largest real estate portfolios, contributing to climate neutrality goals by 2030.
