The Building and Real Estate Management of North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW) is seeking an expert specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TBE) to join their Building Supervisory Matters department in Münster. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with building regulations and fire protection standards across one of Europe's largest real estate portfolios. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising technical departments on TBE-related legal and fire safety issues, performing quality assurance on building submissions (e.g., ventilation requests and fire protection concepts), and conducting building inspections and recurring supervisory checks. The ideal candidate holds a degree in TBE or related engineering fields, possesses strong knowledge of public building law, and is committed to supporting the region's goal of achieving a climate-neutral public administration by 2030. This position offers an unlimited contract, flexible working hours, and the option for up to 60% mobile work.
