Job Summary

This role involves acting as a sparring partner for BLB NRW's business units, providing expert advice on organizational, technical, and digital process requirements. Day-to-day tasks include planning and moderating workshops, documenting results, and analyzing and optimizing existing processes. The successful candidate will actively contribute to developing process management standards, methods, and tools, while also leading projects resulting from optimization efforts.
