Job Summary

This role involves acting as a sparring partner for BLB NRW's business units, providing expert advice on organizational, technical, and digital process requirements. Day-to-day tasks include planning and moderating workshops, documenting results, and analyzing and optimizing existing processes. The successful candidate will actively contribute to developing process management standards, methods, and tools, while also leading projects resulting from optimization efforts. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Sciences, Information Technology, Real Estate Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in process analysis and process modeling
  • Experience with BPMN 2.0 notation
  • Ideally, experience with common project management methods (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, SCRUM)
  • Advantageous experience in real estate management and/or construction management
