This role involves leading central projects focused on the efficient and legally compliant retrofit and digitalization of energy and water meters across the vast real estate portfolio of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW). The Project Lead will be crucial in developing strategic concepts and standards for metering point management, preparing these concepts for tender, and overseeing their uniform implementation across various branches. Day-to-day tasks include creating tender documents for competitive metering point operators, coordinating with external service providers to standardize metering operations, and acting as the primary interface between the service provider and the regional branches.
