Job Summary
The Landkreis Börde is seeking a System Administrator and Quality Management Specialist to support the Office for Social Affairs and Integration, specifically within the Integration Assistance department. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the administration and technical support of the specialized 'OPEN/PROSOZ' software. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing user roles and permissions, performing system updates and release testing, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the software remains compliant with legal requirements. You will also coordinate data management, conduct internal training, support the development of the electronic file system (E-Akte), and assist with statistical reporting and quality assurance. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in either public administration or IT systems who possesses excellent analytical skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical functionality and social service requirements. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), Social Insurance Specialist, Legal/Notary Assistant, or Judicial Assistant; OR completed AI/BI training; OR completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration/Application Development, IT System Clerk, or Business Informatics).
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or relevant office management
- Professional experience in IT system administration or application support
- Experience in managing user permissions and system configurations
- Experience in quality assurance or process documentation is highly valued
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be able to submit application documents in PDF format. Willingness to participate in disaster control staff if necessary.
