Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role within the Office for Information Technology and Digitalization for the Börde District involves the comprehensive administration and lifecycle management of specialized software applications. You will work according to ITIL standards, managing incident and change processes while coordinating the integration of new applications between project management and end-users. Key responsibilities include installing updates, managing middleware, creating technical documentation, and coordinating with third-level support providers. Furthermore, you will conduct training sessions for users and system administrators and assist in drafting service specifications for procurement. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Media Technology, or a completed vocational training in IT with several years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in application support for complex IT systems
  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator (Second Level) is preferred
  • Experience working within ITIL frameworks for incident and change processes
  • Experience in coordinating IT projects and service providers
