Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive administration and maintenance of the network and communication infrastructure for the Börde District administration. As a Network and Communication Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of switches, routers, network access control systems, and on-premise firewalls. Your tasks include conducting user training, creating technical documentation, and coordinating with third-level support providers. You will work within ITIL frameworks for incident and change processes and manage virtualized telecommunications systems, including fax servers and conference solutions.
