Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position within the Office for Information Technology and Digitalization for the Börde District involves the comprehensive administration of network and communication infrastructure. Day-to-day, you will manage switches, routers, firewalls, and WLAN environments, while also overseeing virtualized telecommunications systems, fax servers, and conference solutions. A key part of the role includes working within ITIL frameworks for incident and change management, coordinating with third-level support providers, and conducting user training. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science or Media Informatics is preferred; alternatively, a completed vocational training in IT with several years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT administration (Second Level)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT Administrator is desirable
  • Experience in handling network environments, switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Experience in creating technical specifications and evaluating commercial offers
