Job Summary

This role involves the 2nd level administration and support of central cross-functional software applications for the District of Börde. As an IT Application Administrator, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of various systems, including Document Management Systems (DMS), Content Management Systems (CMS) for the intranet, and IT Management Systems (ITMS). Your daily duties include managing incident and change processes according to ITIL standards, performing updates, and programming automated workflows. You will act as a vital bridge between IT and specialized departments, coordinating application integration and conducting user training.
