Job Summary

The Bw Bekleidungsmanagement GmbH is seeking a Head of IT Service Management to lead and scale their IT department in Cologne. In this role, you will oversee the entire IT operations, managing both on-premises and cloud environments. You will lead a growing team of 25 to 34 employees, focusing on professionalizing ITSM processes according to ITIL standards, including incident, change, and problem management. A key part of your daily responsibilities involves defining service catalogs, managing external service providers, and ensuring high service quality. You will be instrumental in shaping the department's strategy, overseeing budget planning, and ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
