Job Summary

As an IT Service Manager specializing in SaaS at BwBM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the company's growing SaaS landscape. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the technical and organizational administration of SaaS services, ensuring high service quality, managing external service providers, and acting as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and IT teams. You will be instrumental in developing service strategies, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring robust IT security within the SaaS environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to help scale an IT team from eight to twenty members by 2028, providing significant scope for professional influence and strategic contribution in a stable, large-scale organizational environment. The ideal candidate combines technical SaaS expertise with strong service management and stakeholder communication skills to drive operational excellence.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or an IT-related vocational training with relevant professional development.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT service management or SaaS service management
  • Experience in managing service quality, availability, and user requirements
  • Experience in collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders
  • Experience in steering external service providers is considered an advantage
