Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting and developing the IT workplace environment for a major corporate client in Augsburg. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the rollout of IT hardware, providing onsite support for approximately 3,000 Windows-based workstations, and performing troubleshooting and fault analysis on specialized industrial hardware such as Panel PCs and tablets. You will also be responsible for the meticulous documentation of all technical tasks and participating in an on-call weekend rotation.
