As an IT Repair Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of hardware issues within a professional service center environment. Your daily responsibilities include receiving defective IT equipment such as laptops, PCs, and printers, performing detailed error diagnosis, and executing hardware repairs by replacing faulty components. You will also conduct functional testing to ensure equipment quality before returning it to users and maintain accurate documentation of all repair activities within the IT system.
