Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Civil Engineering Department in Kaiserslautern, focusing on comprehensive construction site management. Day-to-day tasks include meticulously documenting the condition of public traffic areas before civil engineering works begin, overseeing compliance with excavation guidelines, and conducting joint inspections of construction measures with utility providers and construction companies. You will also be responsible for monitoring defect rectification, documenting civil engineering measures for warranty oversight, and performing quantity determination and cost estimation. Additionally, you will prepare minor service specifications and technically review offers and invoices.
