Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Civil Engineering Technician within the Structural Engineering department of the Kaiserslautern City Administration. The professional will be responsible for organizing and independently conducting structural inspections according to DIN 1076, managing and evaluating inspection results using SIB-Bauwerke, and planning minor repair and maintenance measures for engineering structures. Key tasks also include preparing tender documents using iTWO (ARRIBA) for small-scale projects, commissioning external planning services (HOAI), and supervising construction measures. Candidates must possess a state-certified qualification as a Civil Engineering Technician in the field of Construction Technology/Civil Engineering, experience in implementing repair measures, and proficiency in standard Windows Office programs.
