Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Kaiserslautern involves critical technical work within the Civil Engineering Department, specifically focusing on structural engineering assets. The primary responsibilities include organizing and conducting structural inspections according to DIN 1076, managing and evaluating inspection results using SIB-Bauwerke, and independently planning minor repair and maintenance measures. The technician will also be responsible for preparing tender documents using iTWO (ARRIBA) for small-scale projects, commissioning external planning services (HOAI), and overseeing constructive engineering measures. This role requires a certified Civil Engineering Technician with experience in structural maintenance, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in standard office software, offering an interesting and diverse field of activity within the municipal administration.
