Job Summary
As a 2nd Level Application Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing IT incidents and service requests for a major automotive manufacturer. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve receiving, classifying, and documenting incoming support tickets, performing initial troubleshooting using knowledge bases and standard operating procedures, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical units. You will be expected to maintain detailed documentation of all actions taken and, depending on your qualifications, provide hands-on technical support on-site. This position is ideal for experienced Service Desk agents or motivated career changers with a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure.
