Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for end-users, responsible for recording, qualifying, and resolving 1st-level support incidents. Your daily tasks include supporting users with hardware and software inquiries, managing client support, hardware provisioning, and monitoring network environments. You will document all activities within a Service Management tool, ensuring compliance with established processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT support, as it offers a stable, long-term opportunity within a professional, international environment. The position requires a solid foundation in Windows operating systems, M365, and network basics. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in documenting technical activities within IT service management systems

Additional
- Work permit for Germany required. The position is initially offered via temporary employment with the option of a permanent takeover.
