Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician in Munich, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for prominent industrial clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the IT warehouse, providing hands-on support (Hands & Eyes), resolving break/fix tickets, and executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. Following an initial onboarding period, you will also participate in on-call duty rotations. To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in Windows 10, MS Office, and network environments, along with experience in onsite support and ticketing systems.
