Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will provide essential onsite support for an IT consulting firm in Munich. Your daily responsibilities include managing IT incident reports received via phone, email, or in-person, documenting these issues within a ticketing system, and performing technical analysis and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and support of hardware, including printers and peripherals for both Windows and MacOS environments. Additionally, you will handle user account administration, such as password resets and account unlocking. Required Skills
