As an IT Service Desk Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support, managing customer inquiries via telephone, email, and ticket systems. Your daily responsibilities include providing remote technical support within a modern Windows environment, ensuring high service levels, and actively contributing to the optimization of IT service desk processes. You will also coordinate with external service providers to resolve issues efficiently.
