Job Summary

As an IT Technician in this role, you will be a key member of the Field Service team at a law firm, focusing on end-user support. Your daily responsibilities include managing incoming support tickets from initial receipt through to documentation, analyzing and resolving IT incidents, and guiding users on the correct usage of hardware and software. You will also be responsible for the physical setup, relocation, and dismantling of IT workstations, as well as performing necessary follow-up work and troubleshooting. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys hands-on field service work.
