As an IT Service Desk Agent in Stuttgart, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external users, providing essential 1st-level support. Your day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and troubleshooting incidents related to mobile devices, as well as client hardware and software. You will manage and document your activities within an internal ticketing system and utilize Matrix42 for software installation. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various IT projects aimed at enhancing the company's system landscape.
