Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Service Technician based in Oberhausen, you will serve as a primary problem-solver for corporate clients, providing essential support in an industrial IT environment. Your daily responsibilities include performing hardware rollouts, managing workplace services, and providing direct, hands-on support for Windows clients. You will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving issues on specialized equipment such as industrial Panel PCs and tablets. This role is ideal for a structured professional who excels in ticket-based environments and enjoys direct customer interaction. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT technical support

- Practical experience in network environments (switching, layers 1-3)
- Experience working within structured ticket-based workflows
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to work in shifts (primarily early shift: 06:00 – 14:30). Potential for future weekend on-call duty (separately compensated). Role is offered via temporary employment with the option for permanent transition.
