Job Summary
As an IT Technician for Rollout and Field Service, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT infrastructure in the Berlin area. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing IT support tasks through incident, service request, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and break-fix tickets. You will provide hands-on, on-site support to users, ensuring the operational readiness of hardware, including desktops, notebooks, tablets, iPhones, and mobile hand scanners. Additionally, you will participate in various IT projects, perform workplace installations, and manage IT relocations. Key requirements include practical experience with hardware and software rollouts, proficiency in Windows client operating systems (specifically Windows 10), and experience in user support and workstation administration using Microsoft Office 365.
