Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will provide essential onsite technical support to customers, playing a key role in maintaining robust IT infrastructures. Your day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, analyzing and resolving IT infrastructure issues, and providing expert 2nd-level support. You will be responsible for managing Windows client environments, maintaining printers, and troubleshooting network and telecommunications systems. To succeed in this role, you should possess a technical background in IT systems or integration, along with practical experience in network environments and proficiency with Windows, iOS, and standard applications.
