Job Summary
As a VIP IT Support Specialist in Hamburg, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-level technical support, handling both remote and on-site troubleshooting for PCs, workstations, and peripherals. Your daily responsibilities include managing incoming incidents via a ticketing system, configuring hardware, performing remote deployments, and maintaining technical documentation. You will act as a bridge between end-users and 3rd-level support teams, ensuring complex issues are resolved efficiently. This role requires a strong background in Windows client environments and iOS, along with excellent communication skills to support an international user base. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician, or equivalent professional experience).
