As an IT Service Technician (Onsite Support) in Hechingen, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure for a market-leading company. Your day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and managing support tickets, performing onsite troubleshooting for hardware and software, and executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and H+E (Hardware & Equipment) tasks. Required Skills
